Who am I ?

In a nutshell, Carole Miville is an artist: singer, entertainer  and  humorist  graduated from the National School of Humor in Montreal.

Carole’s interest in personal development has always been central to her personal and professional concerns. Challenged to reach people in the workplace, it is with enthusiasm that she created her conference entitled “Laugh and Grow”.

For over 10 years, she has presented her seminar to several hundred organizations, helping people transform their attitude about what is supposed to be a “productive” work environment.

In  2007, she discovered the concept of “edu-tertainment”. It is a learning process that  encompasses the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of all human beings.

In 2008, after an unforgettable training with Peak Potentials, one of the largest success training company in North America, Carole launched her own international practice in India with the Indian Noni Family! It was her first great successfull experience in English!

She was invited again in India in March 2009 for the World Wellness Women's Congress, sharing the stage with one of the greatest speaker of the planet: Bob Proctor, one of the participant to the best-sellers book The Secret.

In September 2008, she published her second book « Rire et grandir ».
She expects to release the English version “Laugh and Grow”   by the end of 2009.
In this book , she shares the tools she has used to create more happiness in  her own life as well as the lives of others.
This book adds additional information to the conference “Laugh and Grow”. .
Over the years, she developed an effective policy of humor at work .
